Treating Anxiety
Treating anxiety starts with getting curious about where the anxiety is coming from. We'll work together to help you find more connection and awareness of the present moment. ​I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions. Together, these approaches can offer both "first aid" for your most distressing symptoms as well as tools for addressing deeper issues that are creating the anxiety.
