Treatment for Grief and Loss
Each of us different and each loss is intensely personal, so our grief journeys never looks exactly the same. My role is to support you as a companion and, at times, a guide for your journey. You are the expert on your experience, and I can offer tools, perspective, and compassionate presence as we explore together your sorrows and joys. We can discuss self-care and coping tools to help you contain big emotions, and we can also process pieces of your loss as you are ready. I integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions into our work together based on your needs and goals.
